📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development activities into business operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Certification in instructional design or related fields is a plus.
