📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for dry food and non-food categories.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers to secure favorable terms.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across all Lotte Shopping Indonesia locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and quality to maintain high standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and merchandising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or merchandising roles.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
