- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.
- Organize team-building activities and workshops.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure workplace culture aligns with company values.
- Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction metrics.
- Create and maintain employee experience reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather input and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in employee experience and well-being.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee experience or HR roles.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and employee engagement tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in employee engagement or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
