As a Cashier/Server at Terry Selection, Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and memorable. You will work closely with the kitchen and other service staff to manage orders, handle payments, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at our resort’s dining venues, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and manage payments using POS systems like Clover or Square.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Uphold the resort’s high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a resort or high-end dining environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
