📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
• Identify training needs and gaps through assessments and feedback.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare training and development.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to healthcare professionals to enhance their performance and career growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
