📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement, participation, and academic success.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.,Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement educational programs and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes.,Participate in staff development activities and professional learning communities to continue growing as a teacher.,Promote a safe and respectful school environment by enforcing school policies and procedures.,Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant field.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid teaching certification or license (if required).,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
