In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations in our clinic, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all cashiering operations in the clinic.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and administrative staff.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting, depositing, and reconciling.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashiering or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding systems is a plus.
