📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and implement purchasing strategies to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet production demands.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Manage and train junior purchasing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement management.,Proven track record of cost reduction and process improvement.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
