📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on SHE best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics and trends.
• Investigate and respond to incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with management and staff to promote a strong SHE culture within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SHE trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize the company's environmental impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SHE, with a focus on industrial or construction environments.
• Certification in SHE (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
