📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the luxury property and agricultural estate, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement strategic plans for the estate's growth and development, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.,Manage a team of estate staff, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and job satisfaction.,Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of the estate and the delivery of exceptional services to guests.,Monitor and maintain the estate's infrastructure, including buildings, facilities, and grounds, to ensure they are well-maintained and functional.,Develop and manage the estate's budget, ensuring financial stability and compliance with financial regulations.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the estate's brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management, with a focus on luxury properties and agricultural estates.,Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including crop management, livestock, and sustainable farming techniques.,Proven track record of successfully managing high-value properties and delivering exceptional guest experiences.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
