PT Mandiri Pilar is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Security Guard to join our team in Sanur, Bali. As a Senior Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect any security threats or breaches.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Respond to emergencies and security incidents, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain a high level of vigilance and situational awareness at all times.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and educate staff on security best practices.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.,Work closely with other security personnel to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Knowledge of the local area and its security risks is a plus.
