Silver Hub Pratama is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Canggu. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they are engaging and informative.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
