📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct soil and crop analysis using advanced tools such as GIS and GPS technologies.
• Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to optimize crop yields and reduce environmental impact.
• Provide technical guidance and training to farmers on best practices in sustainable agriculture.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agricultural projects, ensuring compliance with environmental and quality standards.
• Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to innovate and adopt new agricultural technologies.
• Prepare and present reports on agricultural performance, project outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in field visits and surveys to assess crop health, soil conditions, and water usage.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and research in sustainable agriculture, and incorporate new knowledge into existing practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainable agriculture or related roles.
• Proven expertise in soil science, crop management, and agricultural technologies.
• Certifications in sustainable agriculture practices or related fields are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with farmers, researchers, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using GIS, GPS, and other agricultural software.
