📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving recruitment targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
