📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, and other industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and industry networking.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Represent Smailing Tour Group at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
