📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote BRI Finance credit solutions to potential customers through face-to-face interactions, presentations, and marketing materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for credit product promotion.
Use Salesforce and CRM systems to manage customer data, track interactions, and monitor performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of BRI Finance products and services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in using Salesforce and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Fluency in Indonesian and English.
