📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operations.Schedule and coordinate vehicle usage, ensuring vehicles are available when needed.Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and mechanics as needed.Monitor vehicle fuel usage and costs, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.Manage and train drivers, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.Prepare and maintain vehicle maintenance records and reports.Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and inspection procedures.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.🛠️ Keahlian
