In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent IT support and services to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to employees in Indonesia, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Work closely with the IT Manager to develop and execute the IT strategy for the Indonesia region.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and service management.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Experience with IT service management tools and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
