📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.,Perform and supervise laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to ensure high standards of work.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lab results into overall business processes.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Proficiency in relevant laboratory software and instruments.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
