Sehati Yoga Fried Chicken is looking for a Lead Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for quality food production. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are produced efficiently and meet our high standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Develop and implement production schedules and standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Train and mentor production staff to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.,Collaborate with the management team to improve production processes.,Manage and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven experience in food production and quality control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
