Hotel Kirana Laundry is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Prepare and supervise the work of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Create and implement menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and waste disposal.,Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.,Monitor food quality and safety, and address any issues promptly.,Work closely with the hotel management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
