In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills,Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules and manuals,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Manage and track training budgets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
