📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience by leading and motivating the restaurant staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain food safety and quality standards by following health and safety regulations.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards and deliver exceptional service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's profitability and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
