📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the underwriting process for secured credit products, including loans, mortgages, and other secured credit facilities.,Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to ensure the financial health and creditworthiness of borrowers.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including loan officers, borrowers, and regulatory bodies.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to secured credit underwriting.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in secured credit underwriting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in secured credit underwriting or a related role in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and credit risk management principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of financial modeling and risk assessment tools is a plus.
