📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement telesales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote and sell products/services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
