📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menu plans.,Oversee the preparation of dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary innovations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of culinary excellence and innovation.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food handler's certificate and relevant certifications.
