📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment,Maintain the integrity of financial records and ensure compliance with company policies,Assist in cash handling and bank reconciliation,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations,Keep up-to-date with banking regulations and procedures,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or financial role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good numeracy skills and attention to detail,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Valid ID and bank account for verification
