📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.,Deliver food and drinks to the table promptly and professionally.,Ensure the table is set and cleared properly after the meal.,Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests.,Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area.,Assist with cash handling and payment processing.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle customer interactions.,Ability to learn and adapt to new situations quickly.
