📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewal processes, and performance reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and industry analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and innovative projects.
• Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot to streamline sales processes and track client interactions.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot, or a willingness to learn these tools quickly.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in Bali or the Southeast Asian entertainment industry is a plus.
