📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage a team of 10-15 service technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Ensure all services meet Ford's high standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with parts and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate parts procurement.
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and develop service technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using Ford-specific diagnostic tools and software, such as Ford Service Information System (FSIS) and Ford Service Connect.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
