📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive demand for our products.
• Leverage social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing to engage our target audience.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align our demand generation efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, infographics, and landing pages.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our demand generation efforts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to drive innovation in our marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
