📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the hotel's menu and guest preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Assist in planning and organizing special events, banquets, and catering services.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to improve culinary operations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Professional Chef/Cook in a similar role.,Proven track record of creating delicious and well-presented dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to manage and multitask effectively.,Valid cooking license and food handler certification.
